Project Background
OMS Infrastructure Services, LLC (OMS IS) were engaged by our client to act as owner’s agent to oversee an aluminum dross remediation project exceeding $50,000,000 in total contract value. The municipal airport, city and county realized they did not have the remediation project expertise or available resources to oversee this 12-to-18-month duration project.
Scope
OMS IS provided owner’s agent project management and engineering services and also provided on-call construction management, safety, audit, project controls, and technical services in support of owner interests. OMS IS assigned a Project Manager to represent owner interests by critically assessing proposed construction means and methods for cost and time savings opportunities and provided value engineering, safety, and risk management guidance on behalf of the owner.
