​Mr. Alex Cates is the Chief Executive Officer for OMS Group, LLC. He is based in both Fairfield, California and Denver, Colorado. Mr. Cates has over 29 years of management and construction experience, ranging from architecture and design to manufacturing and distribution. He has extensive operational and practical experience in the construction contracting, demolition and remediation arenas, with an acute understanding of techniques, means, methods, and value adding strategies.

He has over 24 years of professional experience in large project management and execution. His understanding of front-end project planning, estimating, financial management, and performance measurement and tracking enables better risk profiling and management resulting in successful results. His primary responsibility is leading the development and execution of the Company’s long-term strategy with a view to creating shareholder and enterprise value by providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership.​​
